The accent and the cut definitely had something to do with it, but so did his personality. Kate had been feeling like shit lately, and the way Eamon made her laugh had a lot to do with offering up her ‘room’. She felt a bit giddy, a bit excited, and a bit impatient… such was the joy of new flings. And that’s what Kate needed right about now, a good harmless fling to take her mind off being left out of things, having worried herself grey about Jess and worrying for the wellbeing of those she loved in general.
She refilled Eamon’s shot glass for the umpteenth time.
“I have no doubt,” she said, referring to Eamon conducting himself as a gentleman, keeping the game going for the sake of her amusement. If she’d been drunk, she would have promptly announced she was going to bed (despite the hour) and told Eamon if he was a smart boy he’d come to bed too… but she wasn’t drunk, so she continued to play coy, it was so fun, especially when both parties knew it was the only thing keeping said parties from removing each other’s clothes.

Eamon was practically beaming and his smile may, in fact, have had actual mood-altering qualities. Though no scientific study had yet been able to confirm it, empirical evidence suggested those in proximity to the grinning Irish bastard experienced a positive change in mood and attitude... and that was just the guy's smile. Now when you start talking about his... nevermind.
He looked down at the shot glass, re-filled, and considered it a moment. To Kate he said: "You know my good sense is telling me I might want to slow it down a bit, but I never liked that bloke anyway. He always ruins a good time."
Eamon threw the shot back, powered through the burn in his throat, set the glass back down and slapped both his palms on the bar top.
"How about you take me on the tour. I'd sure like to see that room you've offered up."

Kate chuckled as Eamon threw back his final drink before asking for a ‘tour’. Kate raised an eyebrow and looked at him for a moment. She finally gave a bit of a nod, and walked around the bar, coming to stand in front of Eamon at his bar stool. She reached one of her hands out and grasped his own, giving a tug to indicate he was to follow her. She had no intention of showing him the club house, and he knew it.
She led him back to Jax’s room to get her Irish on.
