Hearing the screams that came from outside, he could tell that it was Kate, thinking that they were safe outside, which he is extremely wrong about. As the drunks followed the girls outside, while the others kept him busy, just trying to rough Cyrus up as bad as they could, just because he punched their friend. Cyrus kept knocking them down, stomping on those who were on the ground, until they refused to stand up. Tossing the stool at the last drunk, watching as it hit him in the head, forcing him not to get up. After that brawl, it probably sobered them up quickly, after getting the crap kicked out of them. His jaw was a bit sore, after catching a few hits to his chin, but he ignored it.
Running outside, Cyrus was growing tired of it, pulling out his pistol from his waist, holding it in his hand. Hitting the remaining drunks with it, knocking them to the ground, seeing Kate and Bailey fighting one drunk who was on the ground. Cyrus ran straight for them, launching a big boot to his face, which would most likely knock him out, by the force he applied in the kick. "Kate, Bailey, get the hell out of here now!" Cyrus told them, as he heard sirens coming at towards their area. Taking the knife off of his belt, handing it to Kate, just so she could protect herself if she ran into anymore trouble.

Kate came out of nowhere, but Bailey was happy to know she was safe and also relieved to have another pair of hands subdueing the bloody idiot struggling within her grasp. The blonde delivered a well timed blow, giving Bailey precious seconds to securely pin him down on the ground. "I must be making it hard to breath for ya," she grinned, "boy how strong do you feel blind siding a chick?" There was another wave of commotion as the bar door spewed open, Kate's "keeper" thundering out of them. In the second between Bailey looking from the man beneath her to the doors, the drunkard managed to wriggle one hand free and smack her right in the chin. "What the fuck!" She roared, reeling backwards off of the dude and looking up just in time to watch with satisfaction as the guy got viciously kicked in the face. She spat out a mouthful of blood, 'please don't be a tooth, please don't be a tooth!" she begged to herself, running a tongue along the two rows of precious pearly whites, thanking God when she felt them all safely there. She scrambled to her feet when sirens rang out through the street, their long, mournful drone sending a tendril of fear through her - they didn't have time for cops and Chibs would annihilate her if she drew that sorta attention to herself. "Definately time to go!" She said in a sing-song, gently touching the crook of Kate's elbow hoping she'd follow.
"Hey dude, what ever your name is, thanks." She said, giving a rather painful half grin.

Sirens were no good, they were beyond no good. Kate had warrants, Californian warrants… for some reason whenever she went looking for her other sister, she tended to get in trouble. She felt her gut drop as she heard the sirens, and she didn’t need to be told twice to get the hell out of dodge. As she scrambled to her feet while Cyrus kicked the unfortunate guy’s head in, she dug for her keys in her front pocket.
She stuck the knife Cyrus gave her in the back of her jeans and leapt onto her bike, tossing Bailey her helmet and starting her Harley up with no delay. As soon as Bailey was on… okay more like when Bailey was barely on, she tore out into the street, the thundering boom of her bike almost managing to drown out the sound of the sirens. She was glad she’d parked her bike properly instead of just riding into the curb like she did when she was feeling lazy.
She gave a glance over her shoulder at Bailey to make sure she was okay/still on the bike and made a beeline for the interstate.

"No problem, now get out of here." He told Bailey, after she thanked him. Seeing her mouth had blood from the man who hit her, but she was okay, which mattered to him most. Being that the Sons were close to the tribe, he had to make sure that they were both fine. He would've told her his name, if cops weren't coming after them, Cyrus just thought he would wait to tell her. Watching Kate start her bike, hauling ass. Cyrus ran to his bike, which was park on the other side of the street, starting the bike, riding towards the direction that Kate rode off to, trying to catch up with her.
Leaving right before the cops made it to the scene, speeding down the streets, seeing her in a distance. "Damn, she could ride..." He mumbled to himself, catching up to her, following behind her. He knew he couldn't get caught by the cops, since he had a gun with him, which he used to bash two guys with. He was just lucky that they were too drunk to even remember who beat the crap out of them.
"Are you two okay?" He shouted loudly, trying to catch her attention.Pulling beside her, making sure they weren't hurt too badly. He noticed that Kate's friend wasn't in no shape to party, just needing a few shots to numb the pain, and a goodnight rest. That's how Cyrus get's rid of pain, which puts him to sleep like a baby.

Bailey had just enough time to wrap her long fingers around Kate's waist before the engine lurched and the bike roared into action. With the sheer momentum of their getaway she felt as her butt cheeks slipped just shy of the edge, uncomfortably, she wriggled forward. She wondered what a sight she must look, it had all happened so fast she hadn't had anytime to properly adjust her clothing and she had a sneaky suspicion her dress was hiked disgustingly high. "Great you're a whore on the back of a freaking Harley, good for you Bailey." she said sarcastically to herself. Kate turned to look at her, probably to make sure she was still actually there, giving her a grin beneath the helmet she quickly stopped when a fresh mouthful of blood began to trickle from her lips.
"Shit this girl is fast." She said, as Kate turned back around.
Beginning to relax her nerves once again tightened when the sound of an engine gunning up beside them infiltrated her ears. Oh shit the cops, how the hell did they find us this fast? She wondered, half panicked, half extremely pissed off. Turning she allowed the relief to encompass her as she laid eyes on their saviour from the bar - Kate's burly body gaurd so to speak. He said something and although she couldn't hear him she could read his lips. She gave him a quick thumbs up, hoping he didn't see the growing amount of blood dripping from her chin. She probably looked ridiculous enough in a short, floral dress hiked too high, she didn't want to add bleeding like a little bitch to the list.

Kate was still annoyed. If Cyrus hadn’t shown up and done his usual meat head I’m going to kill everyone, Kate and Bailey would still be sitting in that bar drinking. They would have dealt with the drunken idiots, and it probably would have left just as much of a lasting impression on them as Cyrus had. Add to that the chance of getting arrested and having her priors pulled up and her outstanding warrants, left Kate in a foul mood.
She recognised the sound of his bike alongside her, and she glanced at him out the corner of her eye. She saw him ask if they were ok, and she gave a curt nod and nothing else. She swung onto the interstate and made an effort to put miles between her and the crime scene. She wanted to wring is neck, his and her father’s. She supposed she’d get the chance at some point, but now was not the time to be brooding and not concentrating on making a clean getaway. With what Bailey was wearing, they couldn’t afford to hit the tarmac.
With their escort in toe, they made quick time to Charming, and they rumbled through the town, returning to Bailey’s motel parking lot, where the two had started their night less than an hour before. When they rolled to a stop, Kate turned the ignition off and finally had a chance to address Bailey. She turned around, pulled her helmet off and asked the obvious.
“Are you okay?”

As they got to Charming, Cyrus felt a bit relieved, knowing that they were safer in Charming, than Lodi. He knew that Kate was pissed at him, but he couldn't care less, he knew he was only going his job, if she liked it or not, it was going to happen. Kate just had to know, that her father was doing it for her own safety, he could understand that she would want to be independent.
Arriving at a motel, he guessed that her friend lived there. He a bit concerned her Bailey, since she was bleeding a bit, Cyrus was mad that he wasn't there in time to stop the guy from hitting her. After this night, Cyrus just wanted a drink, but he was going to do it, when he knew that Kate was asleep. Parking next to them, getting there a few minutes they got there, Cyrus got off of his bike, watching Kate talk to her friend. He stayed by his bike, letting them talk, trying to pretend that he wasn't there at all.

Gently easing off the helmet, she let out a guttural growl as the thing scraped past her bruised chin. "Ow, ow, ow, son of a freaking mother.....Damnit!" She exclaimed, although she was grinning now, a wave of exhilaration pumping through her. "Pfft, don't worry bout me blondie, look at me I think my sturdy frame can take a few pansy hits from some idiot." But as she said it her jaw flared with pain, a warning as if to say 'don't get too freaking cocky'. She smiled again and in the most lady like way that she could think of spat out another mouthful of blood, "yum." She grimaced.
"I gota thank you for back there Kate, not a lot of chicks would've hung around, hell I wouldn't have blamed you if you hadn't, you're an awesome rider even if I was nearly dismounted a couple of times." She laughed, even though it hurt. "How are you feeling anyway, you didn't get hurt did you?"
The sound of an engine rumbled into the car park, deep and primal, "looks like our body gaurd has come to ensure we're both tucked up in bed," she joked, wiping some more blood off her face, "you wana come in for a drink or just call it a night?"

Kate laughed as Bailey brushed off what had happened. She could see that the girl was in pain, but she was dealing with it rather well, comically even. She could appreciate that, Kate had never been hit like that before, she wasn’t sure she’d have handled it so well. When she thanked her for helping her out, Kate realised that she was probably right when she said that not a lot of women would have stuck around. Fleeing hadn’t even entered her mind, any bastard who hits a woman deserves a good ass kicking.
“Don’t mention it.” She dismissed the compliment to her riding, she was proud of the fact she could ride as well as many of the old farts in the Tribe, but she wasn’t about to gloat about it. She shook her head when Bailey asked after her health, she hadn’t been hurt, and her boots had taken the brunt of the force when she was stomping on the idiot earlier. They were cut off as the low rumble of another Harley signalled the arrival of Cyrus.
Kate dropped her head onto her handle bars.
“My fucking father thinks I’m made of glass or something. That is his solution, big blokes who like to start bar fights.” She shouted the last part, so Cyrus could hear it and gave him a squinting, evil look. She was mad, but he knew she was hardly a threat, and she was like this a lot with him. She knew it wasn’t his fault, but she also knew she was the only one who told her dad to get stuffed when he asked her to do something stupid.
“Am I allowed to drink with her in her room Cy, or is there furniture you need to throw around in there too?” The sarcasm was more than evident, though that was typical. She hoped that now they were safe and back in Charming, that he’d leave her to sit around with Bailey and finish what they’d started.

Hearing the last part of her comment, Cyrus just turned his head, but catching her give him an evil glare. "Women..." He mumbled under his breath. You would think, that she would've been somewhat happy, that he was there to help them. Even if he did ruin her night, ending it shortly, and got her friend hurt, as long as they were alive. Just watching the streets, he was letting her have her time, just waiting for her next move.
Taking out a pack of cigarettes, pulling one out of the pack, as he placed it to his mouth. He reached into his pocket, pulling out his lighter, that had "DTMC" on the side of it. Igniting his cigarettes, inhaling the fumes in, then blowing it out. "Don't tempt me, Kate." He said sarcastically, catching her trying to be a smart-ass with him. "Yeah, go on, I'll be going back. SAMCRO should be around, they will keep an eye on the both of you." He told them, as he stayed near his bike. Taking his time to finish his cigarette, as they were about to go inside.

She grinned at Kate's overt sarcasm but found that she herself was a little pissed off. She hadn't had a proper "girl" night out in forever all she wanted to do was have a good night out, do a bit of flirting have a little dance and come home satisified and still slightly drunk. Instead she was home with a sore face, stone cold sober and no drinking or dancing had taken place at all. The closest she'd come to male contact was getting smacked in the face!
She rolled her eyes when the guy said "both of you", seriously what did she need looking after for, she was guna keep her head down and quietly look for Nicko, she didn't need a keeper for that. Beginning to get a bit chilly she realised she'd left her jacket at the club.
Damn I loved that thing.
Bailey cursed under her breath as she stalked towards her room, fishing out her keys she jammed them into the door, finding that it stuck until she kicked it hard with her boot. Once inside she dumped her crap on the table and indicated for Kate to pull up a chair.
"Make yourself comfy little miss," she said, walking over to the small kitchen unit and beginning to sift through the cabinets, "I'm sure I stashed a bottle of whiskey here...."

As Bailey moved off her bike and headed for her motel room, Kate put the helmets down and hopped off too. She turned to Cyrus, took a deep breath and walked over to him. She grabbed out his knife that she'd stuffed down the back of her jeans and offered it to him.
"Please don't hang around Cyrus, we'll be fine and I promise we won't go anywhere." With that said, not waiting for him to either protest or agree, she left him to do whatever it is he decided to do and followed Bailey to her room.
Once inside, she felt all the tension from the previous events begin to subside from her and she took a seat on the crappy old couch. "Sorry about all that," she offered sincerely. "My dad has this thing, I got messed up by the guy a few years ago and ever since he's had Cyrus looking out for me, mostly when I don't need it. I mean he sarted that fight for fuck sake, we could have handled that."
She vented, sighed and reclined further into the couch.

"I have to get back to Indian Hills, just got orders, and I have a long ride ahead of me." He told her, assuring her to relax a bit, being that he was going to give her space. "You can do whatever you want, I just don't want to see your name in the obituaries, haha." Cyrus teased, as he finished his cigarette, throwing the remains to the side. "No, you keep it. It's a peace offering, just a bit of protection. After seeing today, I know you can take care of yourself, but we don't want anything bad to happen to you, alright, Kate?" The look in his eye, showed that he meant what he said, trying to make her hate him less. "Kate!" He shouted, before she entered the room. "Call me, if you need anything." Telling her, just to let her know that he would be there.
Getting on his bike, watching the two go to the room, he started his bike, taking it out of the lot. Riding out of Charming, on his way back home, knowing that he had to be back at Indian Hills, to take care of business. Having his helmet pressed to his head, he had his eyes concentrated on the road, hoping not to see any Mayans on the way back. His was very unexpected, after being in the brawl, knowing that he could have handled it differently. Why look back into the past, he just kept his mind on the present, as he kept riding.

She found the bottle of whiskey and let out a triumphant "Gotcha" holding it up for Kate to see. She unscrewed the lid and poured the amber liquid into the two glasses she had set out.
"It's ok, I understand," she screwed up her nose, realising that she didn't actually understand. "Well no I don't, I never really had a dad but I get it, I get the need to protect something or someone you love."
She walked over towards Kate, handing her a glass with a generous amount of liquid inside and pulling up a chair opposite the tiny blonde.
Taking a quick gulp, she let the alcohol sting the gash inside her mouth and then commented. "Looks like the bleedings finally stopped, thank Christ, thought I was guna bleed out on you there for a minute."
She cracked a wide smirk, drinking some more, "that was one eventful night, sure as shit wasn't expecting that."

Kate relaxed into her chair and saluted Bailey with her glass when it was presented to her. She took a gulp, and winced as it burned down her throat. She chuckled as she admitted she didn’t really get it, in truth she didn’t really get it either. She was older and wiser now, she was not going to get into that situation again, but it didn’t seem to matter to anyone. She was always going to be that damned innocent baby girl who got raped and needed constant protection, from the Tribe, from SAMCRO, from anyone who knew her.
She sighed and took another swig.
“You and me both,” she commented after Bailey brought up the events. “Dad usually tells me when Cyrus is going to tag along, I get warning and have to plan my shit around him.” She wondered why Jury hadn’t told her, but figured she could yell at him in the morning. “I’m really sorry about you getting hurt.”
