"Like it, bitch? I'ma kick the living crap out of you for what you did." The boyfriend cursed at Liz, who was still in the ground trying to shield her stomach, going into the fettle position since she was in pain. But, when she heard him call her bitch, she gathered up her strength and got on her hands and knees, trying to get up. "HELP!" She screamed at the top of her lungs, before feeling that guys boot hit her in the gut again. Coughing up blood, she moaned in pain as the couple laughed. The girlfriend hopped on the hood of her car, laughing her skinny ass off, urging her boyfriend on.
The guy stopped wailing on Liz to make out with his girlfriend so, that gave her enough time to get up and stand. Her lip was cut, and her left cheek was scretched up from being on the ground. And blood covered the left side of her face from coughing it up. Right as she was about to hit the guy, she heard something and froze.

It hadn't been the cry for help that had gotten Seth's attention but it instead the public display of affection taking place between the happy couple, and possibly if the girl had been prettier than he might have been more interested but as it was she looked like those posters you see in the post office. For meth users and what they'll look like years later if they continue to use, and that was ofcourse one of those things that did nothing for him. Amazing the things that could turn a man on and off or at least what could turn Seth on and off, he didn't mind easy women mostly because well that gave him something to do other than use his hand but he had a preference.
When he caught the movement of someone kicking something though he had gotten out of the car, the service revolver in hand. Lord he didn't miss his Rookie days in the least bit, in fact if anything he was glad they were over. Sure he was still doing traffic patrols and the likes but he at least got to do something more with his time on occassion than just writing tickets and listening to little old woman tell him they were only speeding because they were late for this or that.
Making his way over to the couple he stopped before he folded his arms over his chest and lifted an eyebrow, was he worried about Liz yes but he knew better than to let that show given the current situation."Is there a problem over here or did the two of you just happen to get lost on your way home?"

The couple looked at Seth, and the guy looked pissed seeing as he was caught. "Fuck off, cant' you see we're busy?" The guy asked, continuing to kiss his girl. Liz just hissed under her breath and grabbed the girl's stringy hair and pulled her away, only to get a clear view of the guy's nose. Sending a right hook his way, she heard a sickening crack when she made connect with his face. "Now, how does it feel to be on the other end of the fist?" She asked, with a smirk before feeling the coldness of a knife on her neck. It was from the girlfriend and she could see that she was shaking. Probably needed meth or something to eat. Whichever worked.
Liz looked at Seth and gave him the look to shot the girl when he had chance, before she started to beat her. "Drop the gun before I s-s-slit her throat." Just the stutter was enough to tell that she didn't have the guts to do anything. So, being fast Liz managed to get the knife out of her hand and closed it before tossing it to Seth. But, the guy caught it and opened it, going towards Seth with it and aimed for the hand that was holding the gun, trying to cut it.

He shot first before he hit the guy in the side of the head with the guy, mostly because well he had no desire to have to do the paper work for shooting someone and secondly it seemed to be a hell of a lot safer than it might have been to just go at the guy without a plan of attack. He remembered them though, the same couple from the diner earlier that had gotten food dropped on them for being more than a little rude and yeah, he couldn't say he blamed them for being pissed but at the same time normal poeople got angry and then went home and blew off steam and got over it.
"You alright?"
He asked as he looked back toward Liz keeping the gun leveled at the guys head and just daring him to move, because yeah as much as he hated the paper work if he tried it Seth wouldn't hesitate to shoot him in the head and be done with the whole thing. He was neither stupid nor in the mood to die, when it came down to it for the most part he was just lazy, yeah lazy was a good word for what he was and he was alright with that in a normal situation.
Hauling the man to his feet and handcuffing him he rolled his eyes as he spat out some long story about what had really happened though Seth was simply ignoring it for a lack of not caring. However he really should have been paying more attention to his girlfriend but at the same time Seth really hadn't thought that she would do much of anything as she seemed to be more the cheerleader than the fighter.
"I have a second set of cuffs in my car, once I take him over there I'll bring them back just hold her down till them."

Watching Seth do his thing with the guy, Liz grabbed the girl's hair and pulled her back. Just to keep her from running away. But, when she jerked her back, she heard a rip and noticed that she had pulled out the girl's weave. Her lips curved into a smile as she laughed, and of course the girl didn't think it was funny and tried to jump on her. But, Liz punched her in the jaw and got her on the ground. Looking over at Seth, she saw that he had gotten the guy in cuffs and told her that he had a second pair in his car and that he would be right back and to just hold her down.
With a almost sadistic smile, Liz tightened her grip on the girl. "I'll be waiting." She said, hearing the girl whimper from being under her grip. The girl was a complete wimp in her case.

Returning with the second set of cuffs, Seth tossed them over to Liz before he looked down at the girl who for the laying on the ground and looked more as if she was terrified to move too much. Not that Seth could really blame her for that he wouldn't have moved with Liz standing over him either but he was also starting to get the impression that there was something more to Liz than what he had first thought as well.
"You know I have to tell you, your a hell of a first date." He teased before he grinned at her and then winked. "Maybe next time I should just let you play with the siren," he added before he looked down at the girl and then shook his head. She was still laying in the dirt whimpering and if she thought that was bad she should wait until she saw what lock up was going to be like.

Liz caught the cuffs being tossed over to her, and put them on the girl underneath her. Hearing the mutters about them being to tight, the girl earned herself a jerk of her arm. "You know I have to tell you, your a hell of a first date." And she had to laugh softly when she heard Seth say that. "Well, I guess now you can tell that I'm not the type that mothers want to see their Sons with. Not that much of a good girl." Liz told him, with a smile as she stood up, the girl included.
Then she heard Seth say something about her and the siren and she nodded. "Might be less painful in my case." Liz said, wiping some blood from her mouth. Looking at her reflection in her car window, and mentally jumped out of her skin. She looked like a complete mess!

((sped them up just a little))
He had dropped the lovely couple off at the station for booking and by the time they had gotten there Seth was almost certain that wasn't a relationship that was going to last mostly because well they seemed to be completely unable to get alone once the cuffs came on and they couldn't make out anymore. Then he had offered to take Liz home so she could get cleaned up and changed, then maybe you to dinner considering his plans for the night had other wise changed.
"You sure your alright," he asked when he saw Liz coming back out. Getting out of the car Seth moved around and opened the car door for her before he closed it once she was inside the car. "Oh and don't be so certain my mother wouldn't like you, she use to be a hippy and considered naming me something like grass root or something though my father stopped her," he was joking about the name, not about the old woman being a hippy though. "Still up for grabbing something to eat and then you can tell me why I wouldn't want to take you home right now to meet my mother," he offered.
Leaning back in the seat for a few moments, Seth rubbed his eyes before he reached up an ran his hand over the top of his head. He had been milling over what happened and their were only a few things that made sense to him, the first being that she was part of the underground fight curcit in Vegas and the second being she had a lot of older brothers and therefore needed to defend herself drastically.
